CSE Leadership Mastery Programs

CSE Leadership’s Mastery Programs are multi-course certification programs designed to create partnerships among healthcare colleagues and patients. Using a proven, results-driven method, we combine micro-learning content with activity-based sessions to create a pathway of intentionality in knowledge, skills, and behaviors.

  • CSE Cares consists of 10, 55-minute sessions focused on helping physicians, APPs, nurses, and other bedside staff members re-ignite their passion for healthcare. Built on the foundation of Learn-Try-Share, the sessions are conducted in cohorts that promote interactive learning facilitated by CSE Leadership and cohort embers. A “Homework Challenge” gives participants the opportunity to think about and try new or refined techniques and then share their perspectives on how to incorporate them in their practice.

Created specifically for team members who are the first point of contact for patients and family members, visitors, and vendors, CSE Welcomes is built on the foundation of Learn–Try– Share. Sessions are conducted in cohorts that promote interactive learning facilitated by CSE Leadership and cohort members.
